US Gun Control Groups Meet With The Chinese Government

(Severe formatting issues that do not update no matter what. Apologizes in advance).

———-

Reports from the Chinese State Communist media (Global Times) are saying that gun control groups/activists from the United States have been in China to talk about “gun violence”. Here are some snippets from the article:

http://www.globaltimes.cn/content/1164859.shtml

“On a sunny day, media in Beijing focus their eyes on a hearing, as a group of members of China’s Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress (NPC), legal experts, diplomats, human rights representatives and anti-gun groups from the US gather at the Great Hall of the People in downtown Beijing to examine gun violence in the US and hear, first-hand, testimonies from witnesses, including US anti-gun activists.

Gun violence has become one of the most severe human rights crises in the US. What’s more important: human rights or human life?

Some Chinese human rights associations and legal experts have been very concerned about the issue in the US. They hope to pass a bill – the US Human Rights and Democracy Act – to combat the crisis in the US. They have proposed submitting an annual report to the two sessions – China’s top legislative and political consultative meetings – to urge the US government to attach greater importance to human rights issues.

China is aware that the gun control issue is complicated, which the US government can hardly deal with any time soon – although it does touch upon basic US human rights. China is not a hegemon, nor will it seek hegemony. Even when China overtakes the US as the world’s largest economy, Beijing will not impose its political will on others.”

It’s interesting to note that Americans are over in a foreign country, addressing their (China) government, in order to get a foreign power to put pressure on the US to “do something” about guns. This story also got picked up by a source in the US:

https://americanmilitarynews.com/2019/09/chinese-groups-debate-supporting-us-gun-ban-activists-says-report/

In a nutshell, it appears (read articles) that this is a shot across the bow by the Chinese for the US to stop interfering in the situation in Hong Kong, in which some Hong Kong citizens have been seen with signs such as this:

Photo from the DailyWire

A few days before the article in the beginning was released, another state run newspaper of the Chinese government published this article. Some exerts from it :

http://www.xinhuanet.com/english/northamerica/2019-09/12/c_138387662.htm

“WASHINGTON, Sept. 12 (Xinhua) — Chief executives of some of the best-known companies in the United States on Thursday urged Congress to act on gun violence, a scourge that has long plagued the nation.

“Doing nothing about America’s gun violence crisis is simply unacceptable and it is time to stand with the American public on gun safety,” read a letter signed by the heads of 145 U.S. companies, including Airbnb, Twitter, and Uber.

Everytown for Gun Safety, a nonprofit organization which advocates for gun control and against gun violence, applauded the letter, while urging U.S. politicians to listen to the message.

“This diverse coalition of leading companies knows what consumers want and, for the first time, is using its combined clout and knowledge to push for common-sense gun safety legislation,” said John Feinblatt, president of Everytown for Gun Safety, in a press release on Thursday.

“This unified corporate action represents a sea change in America culture,” Feinblatt said. “The experts on America’s consumer are speaking, and our elected officials should listen.”

This piece is dated 9/12/19, the article in the beginning of this is dated 9/18/19. It would be interesting if there was a direct connection to Bloomberg/Everytown For Gun Safety to the government of China. Well……

http://www.china.org.cn/china/2015-08/19/content_36344659.htm

“Chinese Vice Premier Zhang Gaoli on Tuesday met with UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon’s special envoy for cities and climate change Michael Bloomberg in Beijing.

Bloomberg, who was New York City’s 108th mayor, began his career in 1966 at Salomon Brothers, a Wall Street investment bank, and launched Bloomberg L.P. in 1981, a financial news and information company.

“Addressing climate change is the joint undertaking of mankind. China will maintain its national strategy on climate change, and work with the United Nations and other countries to establish a fair system for global climate governance”, Zhang said.”

That last paragraph strikes a resemblance to what was published in Global Times:

“Gun violence has become one of the most severe human rights crises in the US. What’s more important: human rights or human life? “

Ok, while a long shot, it does point that Michael Bloomberg does have some connections in China, in fact, in May of 2018:

https://www.scmp.com/news/world/article/2146112/michael-bloomberg-organises-annual-global-conference-tackle-issues

“Media mogul Michael Bloomberg is launching a new global conference, betting that his inclusion of some of the world’s most influential policymakers and CEOs will prove to be a better forum to address issues of global concern than Davos, G20 or other high-profile talk shops.

Hosted by Bloomberg in partnership with the government-backed China Centre for International Economic Exchanges and co-chaired by the former US Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson, the New Economy Forum boasts an advisory board that includes the philanthropist and Microsoft founder Bill Gates, the former Chinese central bank governor Zhou Xiaochuan and Bain & Company chairwoman Orit Gadiesh. “

I’d say it’s a pretty safe bet that Bloomberg And Everytown For Gun Safety are some of the ones playing footsie with the Chinese to get them to pressure for more gun control here in the US. Sounds like collusion, doesn’t it?

If you dive a little further into some prominent gun control organizations (such as March For Our Lives, which was promoted and backed by Bloomberg’s Everytown), you’ll also find some interesting things, such as this:

https://soprweb.senate.gov/index.cfm?event=getFilingDetails&filingID=E3619E95-7F46-43DB-BB6E-99C7C8B7D5F4&filingTypeID=51

Loeb & Loeb locations:

Loeb & Loeb activity:

Nothing to see here at all…….

Oh wait, yes there is! Going back to the lobbying report:

Senator Feinstein you say?

https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/weekly-standard/the-spy-who-drove-her-dianne-feinstein-and-chinese-espionage

That wraps up this issue of “gun control benefits our opponents on the world stage”.

Founder of March For Our Lives made some interesting statements today

Cameron Kasky (the original founder of March For Our Lives) sent out some very interesting tweets today:

What is interesting about this is that some of the critics of March For Our Lives have been saying this from early on. The movement was hijacked shortly after it was founded. The hijackers were professional left-wing activists from a variety of organizations, including the Women’s March and the Joyce Foundation. This article goes into greater detail about when the group was founded and up until the 3/24/18 nationwide “March For Our Lives” (note: it does NOT focus on the students, who were/are just the pawns of it all):

https://ilwd4cr.home.blog/2019/04/14/the-truth-about-march-for-our-lives-and-the-fallout-of-the-msd-shooting-part-1-the-beginning/?fbclid=IwAR3sJkCW09bGVH7OoJw-LOxXCXGqMtawwMeA9t0kaza2Xy4OSu1aacR07LE

Included in that are FOIA documents, all the links, etc. It also shows how local politicians jumped at the opportunity immediately (with the help of the local Women’s March chapter). Of course, it wouldn’t be complete without Everytown sinking their teeth into it all.

They jumped on board for they very first event, (which would then turn into March For Our Lives) just 3 days after the tragedy via Moms Demand Action (and as you see, event organized by Women’s March, but the contact for the event is FL Senator Gary Farmer’s office):

After the 3/24/18 march, this is where the “professional activists” really sunk their teeth into the movement, as noted here:

https://ilwd4cr.home.blog/2019/04/15/the-truth-about-march-for-our-lives-part-2-the-road-to-change-tour/?fbclid=IwAR1g6cz7iOYU4gJYh4SlK1nf722EkBIUknBn_rPM2hKNeiKQdPTIJ3nk6rQ

Multiple left-wing PR agencies and voter registration groups seized the moment of the approaching 2018 midterm elections. Way to much to get into here in this article, but click that above link. It’s disgusting how people (including some former Obama administration folks) got involved in this as well. Also added in is from this year, when they (March For Our Lives) had a massive PR campaign in Times Square New York. More details than what is provided in the above article here:

https://ilwd4cr.home.blog/2019/04/20/march-for-our-lives-2020-quick-article-based-from-a-publication-released-yesterday/

Finally, the third part talks about the money involved and some “dirt” on partner organizations, hammering home Cameron’s point about “making a profit”. Very detailed look inside Everytown For Gun Safety, their involvement in March For Our Lives, and how they benefit financially from highly public shootings:

https://ilwd4cr.home.blog/2019/04/17/the-truth-about-march-for-our-lives-part-3-big-money-corporations-elections/

Also discussed is Michael Bloomberg’s massive spending for the 2018 midterms, as well as corporations using the student’s for brand recognition. Let’s go back to Cameron’s tweet. He does know what’s up:

Lastly, let’s talk about another tweet that Cameron sent out today:

This is another thing we covered in a previous article.

https://ilwd4cr.home.blog/2019/07/18/virginia-beach-va-foia-and-moms-demand-action/

I’ll post the relevant section:

Gun control groups like Everytown use tragedies (although a bit more tastefully) to sell goods and make money. Once again, Cameron nails it:

No one should profit off of the loss of life. Period. While many of us do not agree with Cameron’s politics, he does have morals. That must be applauded. He woke up and saw the light.

Primary challenger to Allen Skillicorn (District 66) and her stance on the 2nd amendment

(Opinion)

Allen Skillicorn will be facing a GOP primary challenger in 2020. Her name is Carolyn Schofield and she’s currently on the McHenry County Board.

https://www.carolynschofield.com

One thing is clear about her, she does NOT support the 2nd amendment.

Photo credited to McHenry County Blog (with permission)

Further, as stated in her bio, she is a member of the League of Women Voters, which has a policy position on the 2nd Amendment and has advocated for direct infringements on our rights. Pay attention to the very bottom of the 2nd page:

Did you catch that?

https://www.lwvil.org/gun-violence-prevention.html

Further, the League of Women Voters uses their positions to pressure public schools/school boards in order to push their agenda (the above was an attachment to this email):

The League of Women Voters also works hand in hand with Bloomberg’s Moms Demand Action, who are hell bent on destroying the 2nd amendment and turning law abiding gun owners into criminals at the stroke of a pen:

https://m.facebook.com/LWVofIllinois/posts/10156138082164469

We have/have had enough turncoat republicans in the ILGA that are eager to strip us of our rights and take marching orders from Bloomberg and his allies. We don’t need another one in office.

UPDATE:

We were linked in McHenry County Blog

http://mchenrycountyblog.com/2019/09/16/2nd-amendment-group-brings-up-2018-carolyn-schofield-post/

Yes, in an instance like this, having a political candidate associated with a group like LWV paints a profile on where she stands. And to a comment in the link, yes, there are a few contributors that are in Allen’s district. Remember this? Published before this blog site was up and running.

https://mchenrytimes.com/stories/512291496-in-possible-ethics-breach-mchenry-county-dems-conspired-with-teachers-to-recruit-students-for-anti-gun-rally

Update 2: We saw a conversation Carolyn was having on Facebook regarding her connections to LWV via this article. She stated the county chapter she is active in differs from the state and national chapters in terms of some of the views the larger ones support/advocate for (we would certainly hope so! https://www.lwvil.org/gun-violence-prevention.html ). She also stated she will be educating herself on 2A issues and that her positions on such will be part of her candidate questionnaire and discussed in forums that are held.

This article was not published to promote one individual over the other, only to bring to the attention of people regarding the connections.

Update 3:

McHenry county government page with her contact info has been removed. Don’t harass people in their personal lives, folks.

Beto O’Rourke: The best scammer of the 2020 DNC primary

The other night, Robert Francis O’Rourke stated the following to thunderous applause at the Democratic debate:

He then began doubling down on the comment to fundraise over it.

And if that wasn’t enough, he now has a shirt he’s selling (to fundraise).

But that’s not all, MORE FUNDRAISING!

This isn’t the first time he’s pulled a stunt like this, going back a few weeks to where he said “this is fucked up”.

It got attention.

And like any good opportunist, he capitalized on it to make money.

Robert Francis is a clown and should be selling t-shirts at a shop in the Wisconsin Dells. But going back to this:

I’m wondering how he will justify sending men with guns to take the property of civilians who don’t submit to the forced compensation and the government killing those who put up a fight? That just adds to the numbers of “gun violence” since it includes all shootings……..

How to gain interest for a new book that helps fund gun control groups

Book was released on 9/3

Step one: have one of the featured stories create a firestorm (story here with all the evidence. Happened on 9/7):

Gun control activist and shooting survivor claims he saw an open carrier at a JoAnn Fabrics in Illinois and created mass hysteria over it. Illinois doesn’t allow open carry

https://ilwd4cr.home.blog/2019/09/08/busting-the-anti-gunners-at-their-own-game/

Step 2: once it’s gotten out well (bogus claim and interest has been gained), plug the book!

Step 3: when people call you out, block them and change your account name:

Step 4: once that didn’t work to keep people from calling you out, delete the post entirely and re-lock your account.

Step 5: Profit?

(Special note: this was all included in the original article linked in the top of this one. It was erased without our knowledge or consent). WordPress denies doing it and we have no reason to believe it was them……

Patrick, come clean on the JoAnn Fabrics incident and the articles will be amended to state that you did in fact admit to it not happening (or overly exaggerated on seeing a plain clothes police officer).

Moms Demand Action declares war on craft stores

A quick follow up to the insanity, which sparked when a school shooting survivor tagged JoAnn Fabrics and stated he saw someone with a “gun on their belt” at one of their stores. One problem: he’s in Illinois (and per a Facebook post, was in Illinois supposedly an hour or so before the claim was made). More on the original story (and what looks to be a blatant lie) here:

https://ilwd4cr.home.blog/2019/09/08/busting-the-anti-gunners-at-their-own-game/

Well, the bogus outrage it caused lead to the anti-gunners to search for a new craft store. Many started asking Michael’s their policy on open carry. It wasn’t what they hoped:

The threads are worth checking out on there own, as these people are losing their minds. Here’s a direct link:

https://mobile.twitter.com/MichaelsStores/status/1170759642147958784?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed%7Ctwterm%5E1170759642147958784&ref_url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.akfiles.com%2Fforums%2Fshowthread.php%3Ft%3D389560%26page%3D2

It got as far as Shannon Watts, the head spokesman of Moms Demand Action, to encourage her followers and MDA members to harass shoppers by taking their photos if they’re seen legally carrying:

Further, she’s encouraging disruptive behavior in the stores:

So far, Michael’s isn’t taking the bait and has remained firm:

These people are just plain nuts. End of story.

Busting the anti-gunners at their own game

Edit 9/12/19:

Information has been deleted from this article without consent. It can be found here:

https://ilwd4cr.home.blog/2019/09/12/how-to-gain-interest-for-a-new-book-that-helps-fund-gun-control-groups/amp/?__twitter_impression=true

Today, an individual sent this tweet out:

(Meet Patrick here:

https://www.vice.com/en_us/article/vbxmx4/parkland-happened-on-the-tenth-anniversary-of-my-own-schools-shooting )

After initial tweet, he then tagged his “friends”

JoAnn Fabrics started getting slammed:

And lastly, Shannon Watts jumped in as well:

Patrick is a survivor of the 2008 NIU school shooting. He has become an anti-gun activist as a result. There’s one major issue with his story though:

“Someone with a gun on their belt in one of your stores”. Hmmmm.

I’ll even use Giffords (🤮) as a source

Summary: Openly carrying firearms out in public is ILLEGAL under Illinois law. So, if Patrick is claiming he saw someone open carrying at a location in Illinois, he’s full of crap. He then tagged his allies at Moms Demand Action to raise hell and flood JoAnn Fabrics’ posts on the matter. Pat is with them (MDA) 100%, and just like them, loves to pressure businesses into doing what MDA wants:

https://www.chicagotribune.com/suburbs/aurora-beacon-news/ct-abn-underwood-gun-violence-st-0624-20190623-vcplm5brq5frldsn6v65zjvnhu-story.html?outputType=amp

https://m.facebook.com/events/deerfield-public-library/deerfield-member-meeting/1269709746440435/

Typical to use lies to get their agenda done, as if it were all fact based, they’d see the truth: guns are not the problem, bad people are. If these activists cared so deeply about “saving lives”, perhaps Patrick (who is in fact a victim that survived the NIU shooting, not just someone who was there) and the Moms can go to the south side of Chicago and help out the communities instead of lobbying and extorting companies. Just a thought……

Update: looks like he realized his mistake (that Illinois doesn’t have open carry and that he messed up).

Also, this is interesting, as Walgreens announced on Friday 9/6/19 that they would no longer allow open carry in their stores……

https://www.nytimes.com/2018/04/22/style/gun-survivors-network-shooting.html

Furthermore, he was in Illinois about an hour or so before he sent the first tweet out, later tagging MDA/Watts at 12:37pm. Something stinks here…..

UPDATE 2: Since that image has been captured and shared (showing he was in Chicago at the time), he had now locked down his Facebook account.

https://m.facebook.com/patrick.korellis?tsid=0.8063645054027099&source=result

Further, he MAY have committed a crime from his little stunt, as it was meant to pressure a business based on a false statement (not opinion based, but rather lying about an incident that never happened in order to to pressure them):

https://www.internetlegalattorney.com/online-business-defamation-stopped/

(Issue here is that it CAN be proven false due to location of where he was when the claim occurred).

Patrick didn’t give an example as to the location he witnessed the incident. He stated “very disappointed to see someone with a gun on their belt in one of your stores”. Where did this happen? Did he witness it in person? He was in Illinois at/around the time the statement was made, so someone (unless a plain clothes officer) was breaking IL carry law (must be concealed AND be licensed to carry) if this did in fact happen.

Patrick either needs to provide concrete details and proof that he witnessed this, or he needs to come clean on his manufactured story, apologize, and move on. He caused a national outrage within the gun control community, but we all know that’s SOP for a majority of them…..

Scratch the above, INTERNATIONAL outrage. From the Co-founder a gun rights group in France:

Patrick, come clean on the JoAnn Fabrics incident and the article will be amended to state that you did in fact admit to it not happening (or overly exaggerated on seeing a plain clothes police officer)

WalMart: A corporation that has been in bed with anti-2A groups for over a decade

By now we have all heard about Walmart’s decision to stop selling handgun ammunition and certain calibers of rifle ammunition. They also have stopped allowing (by asking its customers not to) open carry in stores. On top of that, they began lobbying for red flag laws, universal background checks, and asked congress to re-examine the “assault weapon” ban. Many like myself thought that it is due to recent pressure being put on them by activists (both “professional” and grassroots). Well, that notion is wrong. This has been in the works for awhile. First, a link with Walmart’s current actions:

https://www.nytimes.com/2019/09/05/podcasts/the-daily/walmart-guns.html

A month after a gunman killed 22 people at a Walmart store in El Paso, the nation’s largest retailer, said that it would stop selling ammunition used for handguns and military-style weapons and call on Congress to consider a new ban on assault rifles. We look at what Walmart’s move means, and how corporate America could play a role in curbing the epidemic of gun violence.

Now, let’s get to it.

On Walmart’s corporate website, a little insight to their moves can be found. They are partnered with Everytown For Gun Safety (Michael Bloomberg’s gun control organization, they lobbying/political arm of Moms Demand Action):

https://corporate.walmart.com/policies

Walmart takes steps above and beyond what is required by law to sell firearms in a responsible way, including:

  • videotaping the point of sale for firearms;

  • allowing only select associates who have passed a criminal background check to sell firearms;

  • conducting regular associate training;

  • performing inventory audits; and

  • securing firearms in a locking case, among other important measures.

Walmart associates who are authorized to sell firearms are specifically trained on all firearm policies and procedures. Associates who fail to follow the policies and procedures are subject to discipline, up to and including termination.

Walmart is a charter member of the Responsible Firearms Retailer Partnership, organized by Walmart and Everytown for Gun Safety.

check out their Firearms & Ammunition section for more. However, SURPRISE! Bloomberg has his hand wrapped around Walmart (and it’s not new). From 2008 (when Everytown went under the name Mayors Against Illegal Guns):

http://everytown.org/documents/2015/07/maig_rfrp_release.pdf/

To Walmart’s defense, this was before it became obvious that MAIG was not just after illegal guns, but ALL guns:

https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/15-of-michael-bloombergs-anti-gun-mayors-leave

As it has broadened its attacks on lawmakers and Second Amendment groups like the National Rifle Association, former New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg’s aggressive “ Mayors Against Illegal Guns” group has experienced a sharp 15-percent drop in mayor-members.

According to a new count, the group’s membership has gone from a high of 1,046 following the shootings at Newtown, Conn.’s Sandy Hook Elementary School in December 2012 to a low today of 885.

That’s a fast drop of 161 members.

The shrinking membership has been noticed and charted by pro-gun groups and congressional supporters of the Second Amendment as evidence that the public and public officials are losing their appetite for greater gun control.

As they’ve left MAIG, many of the mayors have publicly assailed Bloomberg’s group, suggesting that it has gone from a group targeting “illegal” guns to one simply against guns.

The “original mission swayed,” said Rockford, Ill., Mayor Larry Morrissey as he exited. He even explained that he planned to get a concealed carry permit because his family has been threatened.

As all gun control groups do, they lie about their true intentions. It has nothing to do with safety, just gutting the 2nd amendment.

Digging deeper into the relationship, more information comes up, such as from the Joyce Foundation, who you can learn about their involvement in forming March For Our Lives here: https://ilwd4cr.home.blog/2019/04/14/the-truth-about-march-for-our-lives-and-the-fallout-of-the-msd-shooting-part-1-the-beginning/amp/?__twitter_impression=true

As for Joyce Foundation’s involvement with Walmart? Well, Walmart basically assisted in writing the playbook by joining with Bloomberg:

http://www.joycefdn.org/assets/images/blueprint_federal_action.pdf

“THAT WALMART CREATED WITH MAYORS AGAINST ILLEGAL GUNS”

So it is clear Walmart is in with Bloomberg. Walmart is now doing exactly what Everytown For Gun Safety/Bloomberg are advocating for (red flag laws, UBC’s, re-examining weapon bans).

Furthermore, see here (from 4/14/08):

https://m.huffpost.com/us/entry/96674

Wal-Mart has often found itself on the wrong end of a gun.

The company sells more firearms than any retailer on the planet, but this week Wal-Mart took aim at its own lax guns sales policies—-and hit the target with some powerful potential political allies.

Wal-Mart told the media that it has joined New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg’s group, Mayors Against Illegal Guns, in an initiative called The Responsible Firearms Retailer Partnership. Wal-Mart pledged to implement new gun sale rules at less than one-third of its American stores.

And now for the BIG surprise in that article:

The National Rifle Association took immediate aim at the new Wal-Mart policy. The group’s CEO called Wal-Mart’s move “a public relations stunt”. “I honestly think it’s a corporation trying to curry favor with politicians as opposed to doing anything meaningful about stopping crime,” said Wayne LaPierre of the NRA.
And he’s probably right. Wal-Mart, after all, needs Michael Bloomberg strongly on their side if they are to have any hope of breaking into the Manhattan market. The retailer’s efforts to site a store in Manhattan have been shot down.

“We didn’t pressure them,” Mayor Bloomberg told the media, “ they’re doing it because they think it’s the responsible thing to do.” No, they did it to declare a cease fire with the Founders of Mayors Against Illegal Guns—-Mayor Michael Bloomberg and Boston Mayor Tom Menino—-the latter an outspoken critic of Wal-Mart who kept them out of Downtown Crossing.

Hell, they even use the same advertising agency (from 2013)!!!!

https://www.businessinsider.com/walmart-americas-largest-gun-seller-hires-bloombergs-anti-gun-ad-agency-2013-5

Michael Bloomberg’s campaign to promote gun-control may not have swayed many votes in Congress last month, but the $12 million TV and video effort was enough to impress marketing executives at Walmart.

The national retailer which claims to serve 60% of American shoppers each week, hired Lighthouse Group, the Florida-based agency responsible for producing recent Mayors Against Illegal Gun spots, to contribute Walmart’s new multi-million dollar advertising campaign, Adage reports today.

The fact that the retail chain is the largest seller of guns in the country seems to be of no consequence to either the anti-gun agency or the gun-peddling discount department store. Walmart spokesperson David Tovar confirms that the Lighthouse Group will be retained on a project basis to collaborate on the brand’s latest television and digital ads.

Politics aside, the Lighthouse Group’s straightforward, real-people-speaking-to-camera approach that characterizes Bloomberg‘s gun-control spots appears to be the direction that Walmart is pursuing for its new “Real Walmart” campaign.

Selling out the American public to further their OWN interests. Corporate greed on Walmart’s part and manipulation by a power hungry billionaire. Did it pay off for them? Yep! In September of 2018, right in the middle of the gun control debate leading into the midterm elections.

https://www.nytimes.com/2018/09/16/business/walmart-jet-nyc.html

On a bank of the Bronx River, below the roar of the Bruckner Expressway, Walmart has finally found a foothold in a city that has long shunned it.

Walmart’s e-commerce business, Jet.com, is leasing a 205,000-square-foot warehouse in the Bronx that will soon begin supplying MacBooks and organic eggs to New York’s well-heeled shoppers.

The physical presence is a victory for the nation’s largest retailer, which has faced resistance from labor groups and their political allies every time it has proposed opening a store in the five boroughs. But it’s also an acknowledgment that the company’s longtime national strategy won’t work in certain big cities.

The irony of all of this is that the people cheering it on (mostly Democratic politicians and their activists) are the ones who say they are against large corporations (monopolies) and billionaires using their power to influence government and “democracy” (we’re a constitutional republic), yet here they are: applauding the very thing they supposedly are against.

Stand up and voice your opinion with your wallet: boycott Walmart and buy from local businesses.

Why do you need a gun? To protect the children

The anti self-defense legislators and activists are all about “protecting the children” (so they say), and who wouldn’t be? Our children are precious. They are innocent, part of us, and most of all, they’re defenseless. It is our job as parents and adults to protect them at all costs from harm and to guide them until they grow up. As a parent, many of you would die to protect your child if it meant they are safe. Let’s take a look at what happened in Tbilisi, Georgia:

This event made international news:

https://www.ibtimes.com/3-year-old-stabbed-stranger-while-walking-parents-incident-caught-camera-2820033

A three-year-old boy was stabbed by a stranger while walking with his family in a street in Tbilisi, Georgia, on Wednesday.

A video of the incident showed the boy walking holding his mother’s hand while his younger brother and father walked behind them. Suddenly, a woman approaches the child, pulls out a knife from her bag and slashes the boy in the face before attempting to stab his younger brother. The woman, however, fled after the father managed to pull the younger boy away from her. The man ran behind the attacker but backed off after she threatened him with the knife.

Let’s quickly break the incident down:

Woman approaches child and stabs him.

Woman walks away. Parents in shock and don’t know what to do.

Woman walks back to engage another target. Parents are defenseless against this armed woman.

Woman picks her next target, another child. Parents have no means to defend themselves or their children.

Woman attempts to stab other child.

Father fights with armed woman to protect child.

Woman walks away calmly. Dad pulls out a phone or pepper spray (unclear).

Dad attempts to chase armed woman after she attacked his two children.

Woman brandishes knife at him, he retreats.

Woman walks away, still armed, and poses a threat to anyone else she chooses to make a target.

Here’s a picture of the boy at the hospital.

As a parent, and having your role in protecting your children, this incident shows that any random person can pose a threat to your kids. These parents had no defense other than luck that the first child wasn’t killed and that the second was missed with the knife. They were unable to stop the threat immediately as it unfolded, and instead a second attempted attack resulted from it. Will someone think of the children?

The irony of the above statement is that many Americans are begging for the government to do away with the best tool for law abiding individuals to protect their children with in incidents like the above example.

They hate guns so much that they are against allowing parents who can legally carry a gun to protect their children throughout the United States to do so! They do NOT want YOU to protect YOUR children.

Concealed & Carry reciprocity would allow anyone who is legally allowed to carry a firearm in their state of residence to carry a firearm in all 50 states, much like a driver’s license allows you to drive in all 50. According to groups like Moms Demand Action and also their elected allies in government, that’s bad. Wanting to protect your children from a lunatic and stopping them if they attack is just too dangerous of a concept. We just can’t have parents choosing to protect their 3 year olds in an emergency situation out in public with a concealed handgun. We have to let the attacker finish their attack and just hope for the best.

To even further the irony of all of this, should a parent defend their children and shoot an attacker that is trying to harm/kill their children, THEY are the cause of “gun violence”. An example of this is from the recent shooting in Odessa, Texas. The gunman himself (who was stopped by police) is considered a VICTIM of “gun violence” because the police shot and killed him to end his rampage:

That’s right, folks. A madman who killed 6 and injured over two dozen people is a “victim” because he was shot by police (who ended the attack).

It’s more important to push an agenda for these types of groups than it is finding common sense solutions to protect yourselves, your children, and your loved ones. How can anyone honestly say “protect kids, not guns” when a gun will stop a threat against a child in a split second when an emergency arises?

Stay woke, carry a gun if you’re legally allowed to, and protect the most precious thing in our society: our children. If anyone says you’re wrong to use a firearm in order to do so, they really don’t care about your child’s safety.

Northlake, Illinois town hall on guns 9/25

We were notified of an event that was being put on by two anti-gun activist groups.

The event is organized by Friends Who March and also Indivisible Oak Park. Here’s some more on these two organizations:

FWM:

Indivisible Oak Park:

Also on the Indivisible website (linked in Indivisible Oak Park):

What’s “Bird-Dogging”?

Keep that in mind for later…….

The main organizer for Friends Who March is Jax West. She is very active in the Democratic Party in her area and helps organize/coordinate events. In fact, she assisted in Governor JB Pritzker’s campaign and was a campaign organizer for him :

Now let’s go back to the town hall event. The way it looks on the surface, it seems to be a balanced panel, with both anti-2nd amendment and pro-2nd amendment panelists. The event advertises itself as trying to “find middle ground”. Well, I’m not sure these activists are capable of that, as this conversation that was passed on to me will show.

Jax has posted this on the event’s page:

Here are some samples of the conversation (names and photos of individuals have been redacted).

Example 1:

Takeaways:

-Indivisible isn’t even up to date on current law, as the Supreme Court ruled that it is NOT the job of law enforcement to protect.

https://www.nytimes.com/2005/06/28/politics/justices-rule-police-do-not-have-a-constitutional-duty-to-protect.html

-Indivisible turns to race and “everyone being armed”. 2A advocates agree that not everyone should be armed (such as violent felons, seriously mentally ill people), but this concept just won’t get through the heads of anti-gunners.

Example 2:

Takeaways:

-“personal attacks will not be tolerated”, yet from further conversation, as said by Friends Who March, “Your private business kills innocent people”. So, they’re implying that the individual is responsible for murders. Is that not a personal attack that isn’t even backed up? Can FWM provide evidence that the individual is personally responsible for the death of people? Looks like only one side of personal attacks are tolerated……

Example 3:

Takeaways:

-Guns alone kill people, not people with guns (not placing responsibility on individuals and only making it about the tool used).

-all about the votes, not solving the problem…….

Example 4:

Takeaways:

-They don’t support door to door confiscation (keep reading), but instead want registration and for people to have to pay for insurance to own said weapons. If you disagree and fail to do so (registration and pay), THEN it’s ok for the government to kick in your door, arrest you, confiscate your property and have your rights stripped.

-If you don’t agree with the above, you “support people shooting up a school” (again with the personal attacks and false accusations……)

So they laid a lot out on the table here in these few examples as to how a “rational discussion” should go in their mind. If you don’t agree with them, you’re a evil person that supports school shooters, gun owners who don’t agree with their agenda are responsible for innocent deaths, and mostly, they have no idea that it’s NOT the job of Law Enforcement to protect individuals. So, let’s rewind:

Thanks for laying all of this out before the event. It’s greatly appreciated. And in response to the original post on “what do you need it for?”, I need it because it’s my choice. I’m pro-choice.
